gardensoulful USER AGREEMENT
Acceptance of User Agreement. By using gardensoulful, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use gardensoulful.
Eligibility. You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to use gardensoulful.
Registration. To access certain features of gardensoulful, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
Content. Definition. The term “Content” refers to any text, images, videos, or other materials posted or uploaded to gardensoulful by users.
User Content. You retain ownership of any content you post on gardensoulful, but by posting such content, you grant gardensoulful a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
Notices and Restrictions. You agree not to post any content on gardensoulful that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. gardensoulful reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
License Grant. By agreeing to this User Agreement, you grant gardensoulful a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any content you post on gardensoulful.
If you do not agree with any part of this User Agreement, you may not use gardensoulful.
